Welcome to the heart of my world, where the vibrant spirit of South Jersey has crafted a life brimming with compassion, experience, and just the right touch of humor.

Growing up in Lumberton, New Jersey, I spent my days fishing at Barnegat Lighthouse—catching my first flounder like it was the catch of the century—and roller skating at Golden Rings Skating Center in Evesham. Philadelphia sports taught me competitiveness, while diners became our sanctuaries for homemade meals, lively chats with family and friends, and, of course, indulging in Gaetano's famous cheesesteaks.

My educational odyssey began with pride at F.L. Walther Elementary School in Lumberton and continued to Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Mt. Holly. There, I reveled in muscle cars and Atco Raceway's thrills before sharpening my skills at Lincoln Tech in Pennsauken and Burlington County Community College. These experiences solidified my commitment to lifelong learning and compassionate care.

With two decades as a trusted ally behind the desk as a Florida Nursing Home Administrator, I've lent an empathetic ear to countless families navigating elderly care. My personal journey took a profound turn when my own mother needed assistance transitioning to an Assisted Living Community in South Jersey. This experience deepened my understanding of the emotional intricacies involved in senior transitions.

Equipped with a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality and Finance and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration, specializing in Long Term Care, from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, alongside a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Florida Atlantic University, I merge academic excellence with hands-on expertise. This combination empowers me to deliver informed, compassionate solutions tailored to every unique transition journey.
